CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT PROGRAM TERMS

ELIGIBILITY  
- Must be 18+ and a Blighty's British Store customer  
- One reward per order  

SUBMISSION  
By emailing a photo to order@blightys.com with the statement "Yes, you can use my photo," you:  
- Confirm you are the photographer and own all rights  
- Grant Blighty's British Store a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the photo on our website, social media, email, and advertising  
- Consent to display of your first name + last initial with the photo  

REWARD  
- $10 in rewards points  
- Credited within 7 business days of approval  
- No cash value  
- Cannot be combined with other offers  

PHOTO CAPTIONS  
- Optional  
- Must be appropriate and accurate  
- Blighty's British Store may trim captions for length when necessary, but won't change their meaning. We'll publish them as written otherwise.

PHOTO USE  
- We may crop, resize, or apply filters  
- We are not obligated to use every submission  
- Display on website, social, email, and ads is at our discretion  

REMOVAL REQUESTS  
Email order@blightys.com with subject line, "Spotlight Removal – Order #[your order number]," to request removal from future use. Previously distributed materials (e.g., email campaigns, printed materials) cannot be recalled.
