Frequently Asked Questions

We are receiving multiple massive shipments of Christmas stock throughout October, and the majority of our Christmas selection will be available by November 1 😀. We will have a huge Christmas selection including chocolates, sweets, advent calendars, cakes, puddings and more!

Yes you can! However, please keep in mind that we can only add on to your order if you contact us before your order is packaged. We prepare your order for shipment very quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make an add-on. Unfortunately we can not make any add-ons after your order has been packaged.

If your order has already been packaged, you will need to place another order for the items you would like to add. This is because your add-ons will have to be shipped in a separate box, which creates an additional shipping cost.

Unfortunately we currently do not ship any fresh baked or frozen products. However if you are in the area, you can order for pick up!

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes within Canada! For our US customers, unfortunately we cannot currently ship to PO boxes in the US.

All orders being sent to PO boxes will be sent through Canada Post. We normally do not use Canada Post as they tend to be slow, compared to our other couriers which provide for quicker delivery directly to your door. Estimated delivery time for orders sent to PO boxes through Canada Post is between 2 -8 business days.

Shipping times depend on your location and shipping method (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping). Please check below to see the average shipping time based on your location. The following shipping times apply to Standard Shipping ($20 across Canada & US or $10 in Ontario):

Ontario: 1 - 4 business days

Quebec: 2 - 4 business days

Nova Scotia: 2 - 5 business days

New Brunswick: 2 - 5 business days

Prince Edward Island: 2 - 5 business days

Newfoundland and Labrador: 3 - 7 business days

Manitoba: 2 - 5 business days

Saskatchewan: 2 - 5 business days

Alberta: 2 - 6 business days

British Columbia: 2 - 7 business days

Yukon: 2 - 10 business days ($25 flat rate shipping)

Northwest Territories: 2 - 10 business days ($25 flat rate shipping)

Nunavut: 2 - 10 business days ($25 flat rate shipping)

United States (contiguous only): 2 - 8 business days (customs delays may occur)

Transit days do not begin until the day after your order has been picked up by one of our couriers. We are not responsible for any transit delays beyond our control. We always keep our shipping times up-to-date according to current averages we observe.

Express Shipping:

1 - 2 business days within Ontario

1 - 4 business days Canada-wide

All orders are currently processed for shipping within 1 - 2 business days.

Note: These transit times only apply to major cities and the surrounding areas, if you live in a remote location or far away from a major hub, your order could possibly take longer to arrive.

PO Boxes: Orders being shipped to PO boxes have to be sent with Canada Post, which may be slower than our other couriers. We do not currently ship to PO boxes within the USA, sorry.

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 across Canada & the US (contiguous only) and $10 in Ontario. All territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut) are $25 for shipping. We will be offering even cheaper rates soon!

If you are located in a remote/isolated area, or your order is excessive in weight (22kg/50lbs +) we may contact you for additional shipping fees if required.

The reason why Ontario costs less is because the parcel travels a very small distance, as we are based in Ontario. Therefore the cost of shipping is much lower.

We take great care and pride in packing your orders, ensuring to use plenty of cushioning material to prevent damage to products. We pack your goodies nice and snug to ensure a safe journey to your door. In addition to safely securing your goodies inside the box, we always put fragile stickers on the outside of the parcel.

In the unfortunate event of accidental damage during transit, we request that you take pictures of the damaged item or items and send them to us (email: for review.

Orders are currently shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Our team works around the clock to get your order out as quickly as possible 😀.

We ship across Canada and the contiguous United States.

During the summer months when temperatures are high enough to melt chocolate, we ensure to take several precautions to minimize the risk of chocolate melting.

We add cold packs to orders that contain chocolate, as well as insulating material to help prevent melting. In addition, during the summer months, we do not ship orders with large amounts of chocolate on Fridays. This is to try to prevent the order from sitting in a hot truck all weekend waiting to be delivered on the following business days.

In very rare situations during extreme heat, chocolate may arrive soft. We recommend putting it in the fridge to help it return to it's original form. As we do as much as we can to prevent this from happening, the chocolate is ultimately shipped at your own risk during the summer months.

It is rare, but definitely possible during the coldest months! Unfortunately we cannot control Canada's chilly climate, and your order may be subject to freezing temperatures during transit. If any item in your order arrives frozen or has been damaged due to freezing temperatures (e.g. pop cans ripping open or bulging areas), we accept no responsibility. All liquids and any items that can be damaged by freezing temperatures are shipped at your own risk. We have no control over Canada's cold temperatures. Thank you for understanding.

99% of our products are imported from and made in the UK. The other 1% includes products that are very popular within the UK, but are not made there.

Yes, if we are able to locate a source for the product and the product meets legal import requirements, we will be able to order it for you. Please contact us (email:

We always send our longest best before/expiry dates for all orders. The majority of our products we send have best before dates that last for 2+ months. Some products, like Jaffa Cakes, Snowballs and Crisps, may have a shorter best before date.

For example, Walkers crisps come fresh off the production line with only a 12 week best before date. Then they have to travel to Canada, which can take between 4 - 6 weeks, or possibly longer if there are customs delays or delays at the shipyards.

Once you factor in the 4 - 6 weeks it takes for them to arrive to us in Canada by cargo ship, their dates upon arrival usually only have another 4 - 6 weeks before their best before date.

If you are ordering a very large quantity of a particular product that you would like to last for a while, we recommend contacting us to ensure our dates on hand meet your estimated consumption time.

Yes. If an item is on sale, it is likely because it is coming up to (not exceeding) the best before date. We will not send you a product that is past the best before date unless specified in the product description. If there is an item on sale that you would like to buy and you are not planning to consume it within a short timeframe, please contact us to ensure the date is acceptable to your standards. Please note that a BEST BEFORE date is not the same as an EXPIRATION DATE. You can read more about the differences between the dates on the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's website here: Read more

Best before dates are the recommended date to consume the product to ensure the freshest quality by the manufacturer. This means they can be eaten at your own discretion and risk afterwards, however the quality of the product and nutritional values are not guaranteed.

Expiry dates mean that the product should not be consumed past that date, as it is a possible health hazard. Read more on the Canadian Food Inspection Agency website here: More Information

You may notice that while the UK has many unique products, a lot of their famous brands also produce the same products in North America. The difference is in the recipes and ingredients, resulting in different taste and quality.

The ingredients for products made in the UK are typically sourced from UK farms. As we all know, what we may think of as a standard crop or animal that can be grown or raised around the world, may grow and thrive differently depending on environmental factors. Dairy will taste different depending on the cows diet and lifestyle, while crops can taste different depending on soil composition, air quality and nutrition.

These factors influence the taste of the product, thus producing a strong or noticeable difference in taste and quality.

If you add your favourite products to your wishlist, you will be notified when they are back in stock, low in stock or on sale! Simply log in to your account (or create an account) and you can add a product by clicking your favourite product's corresponding blue heart on the collection page, or by clicking the "Add To Wishlist" button on the product page!
