Unfortunately we currently do not ship any fresh baked or frozen products. However if you are in the area, you can order for pick up or free local delivery (within 5km of Orangeville, ON, minimum $20 order)!

Yes we do. If you would like your order to be sent to a PO box, we have to send it through Canada Post. We normally do not use Canada Post as we find their service to be slow, compared to our other couriers which provide for quicker delivery directly to your door. Estimated delivery time for orders sent to PO boxes through Canada Post is between 2 -7 business days.

PO Boxes: Orders being shipped to PO boxes have to be sent with Canada Post. We normally do not use Canada Post as we find their service to be slow. Our other couriers provide for quicker delivery directly to your door. Estimated delivery times to PO boxes are 2 - 7 business days.

Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 1 PM on business days. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day. We always try to ship your order out the same day, even if it is placed after 1 PM, however we are limited by the daily pick up times of our couriers.

Transit days do not begin until the day after your order has been picked up by one of our couriers. We are not responsible for any transit delays beyond our control. We always keep our shipping times up-to-date according to current averages we observe.

We offer flat rate shipping, $20 Canada-wide and $10 in Ontario. 

The reason why Ontario costs less is because the parcel travels a very small distance, as we are based in Ontario. Therefore the cost of shipping is much lower. 

We take great care and pride in packing your orders, ensuring to use plenty of cushioning material to prevent damage to products. We pack your goodies nice and snug to ensure a safe journey to your door. In addition to safely securing your goodies inside the box, we always put fragile stickers on the outside of the parcel.

In the unfortunate event of accidental damage during transit, we request that you take pictures of the damaged item or items and send them to us (email: for review.

We ship Canada wide to all provinces/territories. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of Canada, sorry.  

During the summer months when temperatures are high enough to melt chocolate, we ensure to take several precautions to minimize the risk of chocolate melting. 

We add cold packs to orders that contain chocolate, as well as insulating material to help prevent melting. In addition, during the summer months, we do not ship orders with large amounts of chocolate on Fridays. This is to try to prevent the order from sitting in a hot truck all weekend waiting to be delivered on the following business days. 

In very rare situations during extreme heat, chocolate may arrive soft. We recommend putting it in the fridge to help it return to it's original form. As we do as much as we can to prevent this from happening, the chocolate is ultimately shipped at your own risk during the summer months.


99% of our products are imported from and made in the UK. The other 1% includes products that are very popular within the UK, but are not made there.  

Yes, if we are able to locate a source for the product and the product meets legal import requirements, we will be able to order it for you. Please contact us (email: or phone: (1) 519-942-2300).

We always send our longest best before/expiry dates for all orders. The majority of our products we send have dates exceeding 3+ months away. The products that typically have shorter dates are crisps, they usually have dates ranging from 1 - 3 months away due to their nature. If you are ordering a very large quantity of a particular product that you would like to last for a while, we recommend contacting us just to ensure our dates on hand meet your estimated consumption time.

Best before dates are the recommended date to consume the product to ensure the freshest quality by the manufacturer. This means they can be eaten at your own discretion and risk afterwards, however the quality of the product and nutritional values are not guaranteed.

You may notice that while the UK has many unique products, a lot of their famous brands also produce the same products in North America. The difference is in the recipes and ingredients, resulting in different taste and quality. 

The ingredients for products made in the UK are typically sourced from UK farms. As we all know, what we may think of as a standard crop or animal that can be grown or raised around the world, may grow and thrive differently depending on environmental factors. Dairy will taste different depending on the cows diet and lifestyle, while crops can taste different depending on soil composition, air quality and nutrition. 

These factors influence the taste of the product, thus producing a strong or noticeable difference in taste and quality.

Yes we do! We have 2 different tiers for VIP members, including Silver member status and Gold member status. You attain Silver member status once you have earned 1500 points, and you will receive the benefit of earning 1.5x more points going forward. Gold member status is attained once you have earned 4000 points, and you will receive the benefit of earning 2x more points.

Our retail store has been open since 2005, in Orangeville, ON, CA.

We are open 7 days a week, our hours are:

Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

Saturday 10am - 5pm

Sunday 11am - 4pm

Our retail store is located at 88 First Street in Orangeville, ON, CA. Orangeville is a nice, small town with a population of ~33,000. Located 80km northwest of Toronto or 60km from Pearson Airport, it makes for a good day trip outside of the city. We hope you stop by for a visit!
