450g Lean Braising Steak
2 Onions
3 Carrots
115g Button Mushrooms
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the beef and onions until browned (don't overcook the beef!).
- Place the beef and onion in an ovenproof casserole dish along with the carrots and mushrooms.
- Mix the contents of the sachet with water and add it to the dish.
- Cover the dish and put in the oven for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
- Enjoy with a crusty loaf of bread or baked potatoes!
