Cadbury Chocolate Cookie Mix makes 10 delicious British Cadbury Cookies in just 3 easy steps! Bake yourself a fresh tray of warm chocolate chunk cookies with this easy and convenient mix. The only ingredients you'll need is just milk and oil to follow these 3 steps:
- Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
- Pour the cookie mix into a mixing bowl, and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (50ml) and 3.5 tablespoons of milk (55ml). Stir with a spoon until combined, making sure that the dough becomes stiff, but still holds together (if not, add a little more milk).
- Roll the dough into ten 35g balls and place them on the baking tray with enough space for them to expand. Flatten slightly and put in the oven to bake for 12 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before transferring to a cool rack. Enjoy!
