Here's what you'll need:
400g Diced chicken breast
4 Sprays of low calorie cooking oil
1 Medium onion
1 Red pepper
40g Frozen peas
Directions:
- Fry the chicken in the oil until browned. Add the onion and pepper and fry on a high heat for 2 more minutes or until golden brown.
- Thoroughly mix the Colman’s seasoning with 300ml of cold water and bring to the boil in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
