Mrs. Darlington's Cumberland Sauce is a delicious condiment made with dark, rich port, tangy oranges and sweet redcurrant jelly. Traditionally served cold with ham, lamb, goose, game, pates or other rich meats. The fruity sauce pairs perfectly with cold cuts, and is an excellent sauce to have for meat platters.
