Sharwood's Rogan Josh Paste is a rich concentrated curry paste full of delicious flavour and spice! This concentrated curry paste is perfect to keep on hand for those, "I want something delicious but not too time consuming" type of days. Simply follow these 3 easy steps to create a delicious Rogan Josh curry, ready be to be served alongside your favourite Naan, chutney and poppadoms (serves 4 people):
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft
- Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Korma paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed
- Add 400g chopped tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Ensure it is fully cooked, and enjoy!
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 months. Imported from the UK!
