ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
An ETA is the Estimated Time of Arrival. The estimate is approximate, and the product may arrive earlier than expected or later than expected. The ETA can change at any given time depending on many factors including manufacturing issues, customs delays, freight delays, other supply issues, etc.
Pending
Pending means that we're expecting to receive this product, however we don't have a certain ETA yet. This is due to uncertainty caused by shipyard delays, port delays, train delays, etc.
On order
The product is on order, and we will add the ETA as soon as we can.
Unavailable
If the ETA for a product says Unavailable, that means we don't know when we'll get it back in stock. The product could have been a limited offer, or there could be manufacturing issues, supply issues, import issues, etc. Please add the product to your wish list to receive an automatic notification as soon as it is back in stock.
Discontinued
If the ETA for a product says Discontinued, that means the manufacturer has stopped producing it.
Seasonal products
If any seasonal products (e.g. Christmas and Easter) have an ETA of the following year, that means we have unfortunately sold out this year and won't be receiving more until the following year.
Subject to change
ETAs are subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee the arrival of the product at any specific time. Unfortunately there are many factors that go into importing food and drinks, and there may be unforeseen circumstances which alter the ETA. We do not currently offer prebooks for products due to this reason.
