Cadbury Chocolate Brownie Mix is a quick, easy and delicious brownie mix! Easily bake your own fresh batch of 16 warm British Cadbury chocolate brownies filled with milk chocolate chips. All you need is eggs, oil and water to follow these 3 easy steps:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with grease proof paper (8 inch x 8 inch tray recommended).
- In a jug, mix 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil (75ml), 6 tablespoons of water (90ml) and 1 medium egg. Add the Cadbury Brownie Mix to a mixing bowl, and pour in the oil, water and egg mixture. Use a handheld electric whisk for 1 minute until the mix is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray and level with a spoon. Bake for 20 - 22 minutes until the top is crisp and the centre is moist. Once removed from the oven, allow the brownie to cool in the tray before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
